DELIVERY
We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address which you give for delivery when you make your order. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items which have not been received. If you require us to send out your item to a different address after it has been returned then there may be a charge for posting it out again.

You may specify a delivery address, which is different from your billing address, if, for example, you would like us to deliver the products directly to the recipient.

Each item from Ollie & Eve is carefully handmade to order so please allow up to a maximum of 10 -15 business days (unless current turnaround time is otherwise stated in home page banner) for your order to be processed. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is likely to be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods within the timescales stated, we cannot guarantee delivery within the stated timescale or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale.

If you do not receive products within the estimated delivery date, please let us know within an acceptable timeframe by emailing hello@ollieandeve.co.uk and we will endeavour to work with you to resole the issue.

All items are shipped via EVRi.

We reserve the right to wait up to 10 business days from the date of despatch before replacing an undelivered item.

In the unlikely event of loss or damage to your order during the delivery process, a replacement will be sent within a reasonable time scale. Photo proof or return may be requested if goods are damaged.
RETURNS
When you have made a purchase, please check you order confirmation carefully to make sure it is the right item you want. If you spot a mistake in your confirmation email, please inform us of this within 24 hours. After this time, any changes cannot be made and we cannot accept responsibility for an item that has been ordered incorrectly.

As each item is handmade to order, unfortunately we do not accept returns unless they are faulty. If this is the case, you must let us know within 14 days of receipt and then return the item to us as within 14 days of us receiving your notification. Once we have received the item, we will review it and a replacement will be sent out if required, or the purchase price will be refunded to you.

When returning an item, we do recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. Ollie & Eve cannot accept any responsibility for postage costs or for any items that are damaged, lost or stolen in transit.
